Timestamp (4 bytes)
This is the timestamp for the leading data among all the measurement data to be transmitted.
A value between 0 and 999999999 (nsec) is used as the timestamp, which counts down one second at a
time to 0. Checking this value allows the user to understand the measurement timing and order of
measurement data acquired through communication.
Measured value sequence number (4 bytes)
This indicates the number and order of the transmitted data entries.
Among all the measurement data to be transmitted, the sequence number of the leading data is transmitted.
