2-5-14 Edge measurement
Compares the currently measured value with the measured value prior to the specified sampling count.
This allows gradual changes to be ignored for detection while measuring extreme height differences.
This function will not be used when set to "0."
When using this function, median filters and the count for performing moving average are ignored.
• Input range: 0 to 100,000 (Number of samplings)
• Default value: 0 (Number of samplings)
2-5-15 Hold
Extracts the specified value such as the maximum or minimum within a set period.
The value used for "Hold set" is used as the hold period. Use this function after inputting the hold reset when
using auto peak or auto bottom.
• OFF: When the hold function is "OFF," the measurement result is output as is and hold input is ignored.
