2-10 Information Screen

This screen allows the sensor head status to be checked.
The following items cannot be written.
2-10-1 Sensor status
Displays the sensor head status.

• Sensor operating time: Displays the total run time since the sensor was powered on. [Unit: Hour:
• Laser operating time:
2-10-2 Error History
Saves and displays any abnormal sensor status including high temperatures outside specified range.
Displays the version of the unit firmware.
Displays the internal temperature of the sensor head. [Unit: °C]
Minute: Sec]
Displays the total ON time since the sensor was powered on. (Because the
laser uses pulse illumination, the laser ON time will differ from the sensor run
time.) [Unit: Hour: Minute: Sec]
