peratIng the unIt
Connect the electrode pads to the cables:

Caution:
Always use the cable that supplied with manufacturer or distributor and use

Before proceeding to this step, ensure the device is

completely switched off. Hold the cable connector and
plug it into the jack (A/B) at the top of the unit.

Place electrode pads on skin

Attach the self-adhesive electrodes on your body recommended by your
doctor / therapist. Before applying electrodes, be sure the skin surface over
which electrode pads are placed is thoroughly clean and dry. Make sure

the electrode pads are pressed firmly to the skin and make good contact
between the skin and the electrode pads. Place the electrode pads over the

skin, attach them properly, firmly, and evenly.
Hold the cable plug and Insert into
electrode pad connections. Make sure there
are no bare metal of the pins exposed.

Caution:
1. Before applying the electrode pads to the body, ensure the skin surface is
clean and free from lotions or moisturizers.
2. Do not switch the device on when self-adhesive electrode pads are not
positioned on the body.
3. Never remove the pads from the skin whilst the device is still switched on.
4. For hygiene reasons we recommend that the electrode pads are replaced
every 30 days.
5. Please make sure the device is completely turned off before connecting.
6. It is recommended that, at minimum, 40mm x 40mm self-adhering based,
square electrodes are used at the treatment area.
7. For hygienic reasons, each patient should use their own set of electrodes.
Attach the vaginal / anal probe to the cables:
Hold the cable connector and feed it into the
sockets on the probe. Make sure that the bare
metal of the pins is not exposed.
Caution: Always use probes from Promed.´
Connect the cable to the device
Before proceeding with this step, make sure
that the device is turned off completely. Hold
the cable connector and plug it into the jack
(A/B) at the top of the unit.
Caution:
Insert the plug of the patient lead cable not into an Ac outlet.
