3.4.2 Sensor supply on one input module

The outputs can then be used again.If the short circuit/
overload still exists, the outputs will be switched off again.
If there is a short circuit, overload or voltage fault in the
sensor supply:
The sensor supply of all inputs of the module will be
switched off.
If the green LED Diag" on the input module flashes fast,
The fault bit V

be set to logical 1".
Please note
The inputs cannot be used again until the short circuit or
overload has been eliminated and the fault quitted.
Quitting the fault/short circuit/overload
You can quit the fault in one of the following ways:
Interrupt briefly the CP connection on the CP input

module.
or
Interrupt briefly the operating voltage of the CP system on
·
the CDVI−DN.
The inputs can then be scanned again. If the short circuit/
overload still exists, the fault will be shown again.
With module CP−E16−M8−Z:
The short circuit/overload will be reset automatically and the
voltage will switched on again.
