Switching the main switch on/off

Proceed as follows to switch on/off the main switch.
These prerequisites must be fulfilled:
• The machine is connected to the mains supply.

Here's how to switch the main switch on:

Turn the main switch (1) to switch position 1.
The control system boots up.

The machine is switched on.
Here's how to switch the main switch off:

Turn the main switch (1) to switch position 0.
The display turns off.

The machine is turned off now.
To save energy, a machine that is not being used should be switched off.
