To set up a Skype conference in outlook:
Open Outlook and go to your calendar.

Click HOME ->New Skype Meeting.

Enter a subject, location, and then select the start and end time.

Enter the content about the Skype meeting.

To add attendees, do one of the following:

In the To box, add desired attendees.

Click Scheduling Assistant to help you find the best time for your meeting by

analyzing when attendees are available and then click Add Attendees to add
attendees.
To show others your availability during this time, on the Appointment tab, click the Show
