When the boss is not available to answer the transferred call or rejects the transferred call,
the delegate's phone displays as "Transfer failed". The delegate can tap
to resume the call.
Placing a Call on Behalf of a Boss
The delegate can make calls on behalf of his assigned boss's lines.
To place a call on behalf of a boss's line:
Tap Contacts->Bosses.

Tap the avatar of the desired boss.

Tap the desired contact or enter the desired number, and then press
