Installing the 201i server in the Avaya Communication Server 1000 system
Four 50-pin amphenol connectors that interface with the
cross-connect terminal.
The CallPilot 201i server multi I/O cable must be
connected to the connector that is associated with the
first slot that the 201i server occupies. This is described
in Connecting cables to the Communication Server 1000
system on page 91.
One auxiliary (AUX) connector
One SDI connector
One 10Base-T Ethernet connector that
• provides the ELAN subnet interface to management
software applications such as Optivity Telephony
Manager and CallPilot
• accepts an industry-standard Medium Access Unit
(MAU)
DS30X and CE-MUX connectors for connecting the
Media Gateway and Media Gateway Expansions
together
