The following parts are included in the scope of supply (see
section 2.2):
- Collecting tank with all components mounted
- Electric switch unit
- Accessory parts
The electric switch unit must be stored frost-free and dry.
IMPORTANT:
If the system is not connected directly to the power sup-
ply on installation, the switch unit inc. all electric parts
must be stored accordingly.

The parts may only be lifted and/or assembled using suita-
ble equipment and exercising appropriate caution. If the sy-
stems are dropped, this can lead to irreparable damage to
system parts (e.g. pump) or the whole system. Such dama-
ge is not covered by the warranty.

INSTALLATION SITE:
for free-standing set-up in frost-protected rooms. The re-
spective switch unit must be installed in a flood-proof, dry
and frost-protected room.

4.1 Fitting the collecting tank

Umaintenance work on the lifting stations, they must always
be installed in such a way that there is sufficient access to all
areas of the lifting station and replaceability of all compo-
nents is guaranteed. According to DIN 1986, there must be
at least 60 cm space all round the system (on all sides and
above it) to meet this requirement.
The system must be set up at the appropriate spot in the
room, aligned horizontally and placed on practical sound-in-
sulating material (available as an accessory from KESSEL).
The brackets, screws and dowels must be used to fix the lif-
ting station to the floor to prevent movement or twisting.

4.2 Connecting the pipes

All pipes must be routed so that they can run empty auto-
matically. All pipe connections must be flexible and sound in-
sulated.
There are two types of connection possible:
tank (for connection of inlet pipe, ventilation and manual

the "front cap" as shown in Fig. C.
