Source measurement functions



DVM Function
In IT6412, 2 channels are provided with one DVM (digital display voltmeter)
respectively for measuring external voltages with range from -20V to +20V.
Voltage and current output
High and low voltage output. Configure the voltage output range in the
Voltage Range of Config Menu. Voltage and current output ranges are
shown as follows.

Variable output impedance
The output impedance of power supply can be configured from 0 to 1Ω.
Voltage and current range
Voltage rang: 0 - 15.05V; current range: 0 - 5.05A.
The current measurement is divided into High range and Auto range.
When Auto is configured, switch to Low mode when current is lower than
5mA. The measurement precision is 5uA and resolution ratio 0.1uA.
