4.4.9 Replacing a Temperature and Humidity Sensor

Prerequisites
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the ground cable of the ESD wrist strap, and wear the ESD wrist strap and ESD
gloves.
Step 2 Remove the temperature and humidity sensor cable from the user interface module (UIM), as
shown in Figure 4-19.

Step 3 Remove the temperature and humidity sensor, as shown in Figure 4-20.

Issue 03 (2019-11-15)
An ESD wrist strap, ESD gloves, ESD box or bag, cabinet door key, and required tools
are available.
The new temperature and humidity sensor is intact.
Hold down the button on the sensor and remove the upper cover.
Record the positions where cables connect to the base and remove the cables.
Unscrew the sensor base.
