    The TP48200A-HT19C3 and TP48200A-HT19C4 are integration communications power systems that supply power to and back up power for -48 V DC outdoor communications equipment.     This alarm is generated only for the power system that has a battery temperature sensor installed. Possible Causes  The low battery temperature alarm threshold is incorrectly set on the SMU.  The battery temperature control system is faulty.  The battery temperature sensor is faulty.
