WARNING!
Disconnect system from energy sources! Ensure that
all electrical components are disconnected from the electrical power
supply during the work.
9.1 Maintenance cycle, overview of tasks
L The system must be serviced every six months by a specialist (
Personnel/qualification"). The skimmer hose must be replaced annually.
The following tasks are to be carried out by a specialist:
• Check the skimmer hose (damage due to aggressive media).
• Clean the skimmer unit.
• Check for grease clogging / overloading of the system.
• Clean the sieve screw, replace brushes if necessary.
• Functional check in order to assure the return to operational capability (
Chap."5.3 Functional test") .
• Record defects and activities carried out in the log book.
