Digital Display and Thermocouple

The Thermocouple is a probe which is inserted into the oven floor from beneath,
finishing flush or slightly below working surface in the oven space. The positioning of the
Thermocouple will normally be placed in the centre of the floor. The Thermocouple is
connected to the Digital Temperature display and supplies information relating to the
current oven temperature.
