In the exam ple abo ve, the Code con cer ned will Arm
par ti tion 1 in Instant mode, Arm par ti tion 6 in Away
mode, Di sarm par ti tions 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 but will not af -

11. Pro gram B, C and D Arming mo des. The pro ce du re
is the same as for A Arming mode. If you press ENTER
whilst you pro gram ming D Arming mode, you will go to
the next step.

12. Using A or B, scroll for the re qui red op tion: Du ress
(re fer to "Du ress Code"), Pa trol (re fer to "Pa trol Code")
or Ava i la ble, then press ON or OFF to ena ble/di sa ble
the op tion con cer ned. Press ENTER to con firm and go
to step 13. (if the Ava i la ble op tion is ena bled), or step
14. (if the Ava i la ble op tion is ena bled).

An 'Ava i la ble' Code will be co me 'Acti ve' au to ma -
ti cally, if its ID num ber is lo wer than 131 (131 not in -
clu ded) for KYO 320, it will be co me the sole Fat her
Code of it self. If the Code ID num ber is hi gher than
131 (131 in clu ded) for KYO 320, the system will as -
sign the first 'Ava i la ble' Code as its Father Code.

You can not chan ge the sta tus of an Acti ve Code
from Enrol led (able to per form its ena bled fun -
ctions) to Unen rol led (una ble to per form its ena -
bled fun ctions) un til it has been Di sa bled via the
User menu (this ope ra tion can be car ried out by its
Fat her Codes only).

Each code can have up to 3 Fat her co des. A code
can be pro gram med as its own Fat her. By de fa ult,
Code 001 is its own Fat her. Co des 002 to 131 have
two Fat her co des: them sel ves and code 001. Co -
des 132 to 195 (Te lep ho ne ac cess co des) have
one Fat her code, that is, code 001. Co des 132 to
195 can not be pro gram med as Fat her co des.

13. To di sa ble a code (make NOT Acti ve), en ter the PIN of
a va lid Fat her Code, then press ENTER and go back to
step 3.

Code 1, or en ter the Code ID num ber.
16. Press ENTER to save Fat her Code 1, then pro gram Fat -
her Code 2 and Fat her Code 3. Press ENTER to save Fat -
her Code 3, and go to step 3.

The top line of the di splay will show the ID num ber of the
first Re a der in the con fi gu ra tion, whi le the bot tom line
will show the Re a der la bel (De scrip tion).

3. Using A or B, se lect the Re a der that you in tend to
use for the en rol ling pro ce du re:

5. Using A or B ,se lect the key to be en rol led, then press
ENTER. The key la bel (De scrip tion) will blink to in di ca te
that the system is re ady to en rol the key (in sert the key
into the Re a der or, hold it in the vi ci nity of a Pro xi mity
Re a der). When the system has en rol led, and con se -
quently ena bled the key,
and the system will go to the next Key and al low you to
con ti nue. To step back to the Instal ler menu, press
ESC.
