In the United Kingdom

the Atari Computer equipment operates on

240V 50 Hz mains supply.
The wires
in
this mains lead are colored in accordance with the
following code:
Green/Yellow

Brown

Green/Yellow

Brown

If the colors of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance do not
correspond with the colored markings
identifying
the
termin·

your plug

proceed as follows
:
The wire colored GREEN/YELLOW must be connected to the
terminal
in
the plug marked by the letter E or by the safety earth
symbol~,
or colored GREEN, or GREEN/YELLOW.
The wire colored BLUE must be connected to the terminal marked
with the letter Nor colored
BLACK.
The wire colored BROWN must be
connected to the terminal marked with the letter Lor colored RED.
If a 13-amp (BS1363) plug is used, a 3-amp fuse must be fitted, or
if any other type of plug is
used,
a 3- or 5-amp fuse must be fitted
either in the plug, adaptor, or on the distribution board.
