Attach the hopper to the drum. Set the hopper's upper rod on
the matching rest on the drum.

3. Open the printer's top cover by slipping your left hand inside the
opening at the front of the printer. Then gently pull up on the inside
latch while pressing lightly on the top cover with your right hand.
Remove the black plastic sheet from the drum frame.
Note: Save the black plastic sheet for future use. Whenever you
remove the drum, drape the sheet on top to protect the drum from
excessive exposure to light.
