1. Open the top cover so that the drum and toner hopper drop down.
Remove the drum and toner hopper from the printer. Drape the
drum frame with the black plastic sheet you saved to protect the
drum from excessive exposure to light.

Remove the cleaning pad. The fuser roller is located within the
cleaning pad opening.
3. Using a soft cloth moistened with alcohol, clean the fuser roller.
Pull up on the outside toner hopper belt to advance the roller
as you clean it.
4. Close the top cover.
Cleaning the Press Roller
You should clean the press roller every time you replace the toner.
The press roller advances the paper up and out of the printer.
To clean the press roller, follow these steps:
Warning:
The press roller and surrounding surfaces get extremely
hot whenever power to the printer is switched on. You should wait
at least two hours after switching the printer off before you perform
any procedure near these surfaces.
