DRIVE ERRORS AND FAULTS
Drive has gone into a current limit
mode to protect the pump motor.
An attempt was made to start the
controller prior to calibrating the pump
motor.
The AC drive DC bus is to high (HF) or
the DC bus is too low (LF)
Current Overload has occurred and
drive shuts down.
Drive has internal fault.
Solution
DISPLAY
Check power source. plug & circuit breaker
Check wiring.
Check voltage/frequency against specification.
Adjust as per section 8.4
Remove and re-apply AC power
POWER
Check power source. Plug & Circuit Breaker
Check wiring.
Check voltage/frequency against specification.

combination being undersized.
Perform a motor calibration as outlined
