If a parked call is not picked up, after a certain time it returns to where it
was parked (= recall).

Call holding

You can place a call partner on hold. He/she hears a hold tune.
Press the Function keys of the OpenScape Desk Phone CP400 or OpenScape
_
Key Module 400, if configured.
You can now, for example, initiate or end a consultation call.
Recall
Once you hang up, a callback takes place after a preset time.
_ Confirm party recall.

Being put on hold

They are taken from your call partner and correspondingly noted in the Notifica-
tion area.
_ Confirm to receive information about the call partner in "Conversations".
