Presence status set-up

Once you have used the Out-of-Office/Call Forwarding
Presence menu page 23, you can set your current Presence status. You can

choose from the following options and set the duration:

If you set the Presence status to:
• At home
• On vacation
• Sick
• Do not disturb
any callers will be redirected to a media server. Depending on the status, the cal-
ler will receive a message with the reason for and period away, and the option
to leave a message.
With the Presence status
• Meeting
• Lunch break
• Out of Office
• Break
there is no call-forwarding and the caller therefore does not receive a message.
