Touch the "Other" button to access the System Information Screen. This screen has two tabs which
provide information on the Sensica™ UO System for ICU software and hardware, which is used for
product tracking and servicing by Adaptec Medical Devices manufacturing operations.
A Remote Support session can also be initiated through this screen, once prompted by an Adaptec
Technical Support representative.
To return to the previous screen, touch either the "Return" or the "Return and Save" button. (Note,
there are no changes to be made on these screens.)
19.1 Other Button – Versions Tab
This tab provides the system part number, version and serial number, as well as specific file
versions for service use. At the direction of a support representative, touch the Remote Support
button to begin a remote software support session.
Touching the "Exit Application" button will cause the program software to close and bring up a
desktop screen. To open the Sensica™ UO System for ICU application again if this occurs, double
tap the Sensica icon on the desktop screen.
