HAPTER ETTINGS
Touch the "EHR" button to access the EHR Setting Screen. This screen allows the necessary
information to be entered in order to facilitate the automatic transfer of data to a facility's EHR
system. Adaptec Medical Devices Technical Support is available to work with a facility's IT
department to properly set up the wireless connection.
After making desired selections, touch "Save and Return." This will save the changed data and
return the screen to the previous screen accessed. Touching the "Return" button will return the
screen to the previous screen accessed without saving any changes to the data.

18.1 EHR Connection Type

Select the appropriate EHR output mode of the software. Default selection is "MC – Port Mode."

18.2 Volume Observation ID

Enter the HL7 ID of the urine output volume measurement in this text field.

18.3 AKI Observation ID

Enter the HL7 ID of the AKI measurement in this text field.

18.4 Update Interval

Select the desired update interval (time) for sending UO data to the EHR. Default selection is
Hourly. Selections are: Hourly or 15-minutes.
