HAPTER NDING ATIENT ONITORING
To end patient monitoring, touch the Actions button and select "Discharge Patient." Touch "Yes" to
confirm, or "No" to continue monitoring. After touching "Yes," the system will erase all patient data
from the Sensica UO system. To completely turn off the system, touch the power icon on the New
Patient and Selections Screen. Remove the used Sensica UO patient ring using a counter-
clockwise twisting motion, and dispose of the ring in an appropriate bio-waste container.
