The vis/fot pushrod on the camera
tube is not in the correct
(intermediate) position.
Nosepiece with objective not in
click-stop position.
Condenser not set correctly.
Aperture diaphragm not set
correctly.
Luminous-field diaphragm not set
correctly.
Filter not inserted correctly in filter
mount.

Remedy
Move the vis/fot pushrod on the
phototube in the correct position
(end position), see page 3-15.
Switch nosepiece with objective in
click-stop position.
Set condenser correctly

Set luminous-field diaphragm
