7. No. 2 sun gear
Install No. 2 sun gear (12).
8. Ring gear
Using eyebolt (M10 x 1.5), install ring gear
(13).
a De-grease mating face of ring gear (13)
and case (30).
a Not to adhere gasket sealant in mating
face of the ring gear and the case.
a Align the counter mark on the ring gear
(Portion c) and the convex portion on the
case flange (Portion d) in the position
illustrated in the following figure, and then
install it.

mounting bolts:
157 – 196Nm {16 – 20 kgm}
9. Install O ring (37).
a PC210-8, PC210LC-8, PC210NLC-8,
PC230-8
PC210, 230, 240-8
a PC240LC-8, PC240NLC-8
10. No.1 carrier assembly
1) Assemble No. 1 carrier assembly as fol-
lows.
1] Press fit shaft (11) into career (34) in
the arrow direction (1st) until the slot
on the snap ring can be seen.
2] After installing snap ring (35), push
back (to the 2nd direction) from the
opposite side until the snap ring
adheres to the carrier P surface. Be
careful no to push too much.
