Disassemble No. 2 carrier assembly as
follows.

Push pin (16) and pierce shaft (17)
from carrier (18).
a After removing the shaft, remove
pin (16).

Remove thrust washer (19), gear
(20), and bearing (21).

1)
Reverse shaft and case Assembly (23).
2)
Remove cover mounting bolt (24).
3)
Reverse Shaft ·Case Assembly (23) again
and set to the press.
4)
Using push tool [3], remove shaft Assem-
bly (25) from shaft and case Assembly
(23).
