Weekly Clean-Up and Maintenance

Warning
• Move the 2 Circuit Breakers (Loader and Processor) on the back of the
Multiloader 7000 to the "0" position.
• Always disconnect the Multiloader main power (either the mains plug, grasp the
mains plug only, or move the wall-mounted main switch to the "0" position) before
performing any of the following weekly procedures.
• Only a trained Kodak Service Representative can perform the following
procedures.
• Wear rubber gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing when doing the weekly
maintenance. Report any change in the operating condition of the Processor to
your Kodak Service Representative.
• Reliable operation of the Processor requires that you clean all parts correctly. More
frequent maintenance may be necessary because of site conditions or actual usage.
For monthly and quarterly maintenance, contact your trained Kodak Service
Representative.
• When performing the following cleaning procedure in Steps 1 - 8, only clean and
rinse the described parts of the Processor when the parts are removed from the
Processor.
• Only a Kodak trained Key Operator can perform the following procedures.
