Processor blank and DIMM blank
The processor blank and DIMM blank supplied with your system aids in directing airflowover the unused processor sockets and
DIMM slots.
CAUTION: If you are permanently removing a processor, you must install a socket protective cap and a processor blank
and DIMM blank in the vacant socket to ensure proper system cooling. The processor blank and DIMM blank covers the
vacant sockets for the DIMMs and the processor.
