3. Remove the hard drive or SSD. .
4. Remove the hard drive or SSD backplane.
Steps
1.
Align the retention screws on the hard drive or SSD backplane cable connector withthe screw holes on the system board
connector.
2.
Tighten the two retention screws to secure the backplane cable connector on the system board.
3.
Install the hard drive or SSD cage.
4.
Align the guides on the hard drive or SSD backplane with theguide pins on the hard drive or SSD cage.
5.
Pressing the release latches, lower the hard drive or SSD backplane into the system until it is firmly seated, and the latches
engage with the chassis.
