IoT: Configure access rights
The access rights define which instance may read and / or write the parameter data, process data and
event/diagnostic messages.
In order to configure the access rights to the IO-Link master:
► Select [IoT] menu.
>
The menu page shows the current settings.
► Set the following parameters as required:
Name
Description
[Access Rights]
The access rights to the
parameter data, process data
and the event/diagnostic
messages of the IO-Link master
as well as the connected IO-Link
devices
► Save changed values on the device.
If the parameter [Access rights] is set to [PROFINET + IoT] via IoT and PROFINET projection,
then the parameter values set in the PROFINET projection software apply.
If the parameter [Access rights] is set to [IoT only] via IoT, then set the parameter [Access
rights] to [Keep settings] in the PROFINET projection software.
Changes of the parameter [Access Rights] are only effective after restarting the device
