10. Error messages and trouble shooting
Possible cause
Test current loop is broken.
CTP3 is defective.
Detection circuit malfunction.
Test current loop is broken.
CTP4 is defective.
Detection circuit malfunction.

Detection circuit malfunction.
Utility waveform is abnormal.
Detection circuit malfunction.
Insufficient input power.

Solution
Check the connection of CNP4 to
CNM4.
Replay CTP3 with new one.
Check the detection circuit inside the
solar inverter.
Check the connection of CNP4 to
CNM4.
Replace CTP4 with new one.
Check the detection circuit inside the
solar inverter.
Check the connection of CNP4 to
CNM4.
Replace CTP5 with new one.
Check the detection circuit inside the
solar inverter.
Check the utility waveform. Grid con-
nection of inverter needs to be far
away from non-linear load if neces-
sary.
