DALI SCI2:

This set of simple commands allows to send DALI commands for controlling and reading DALI devices. They are fully compatible with SCI2
protocol from Tridonic.
Ethernet  HD67839
The forward and backward frame both always consist of 5 bytes.
Send this frame to the HD67839:
