3.2.1.3 Mounting a Device Against a Wall

When no cabinet is available, you can mount the USG6305/6305-W/6310S/6310S-W/6310S-
WL-OVS/6510/6510-WL on a wall. The customer must have screws for wall-mounting.

Procedure
Step 1 Determine the locations of two mounting holes on the wall using a ruler and mark the
mounting holes with a marker. The mounting holes must be on the same horizontal level.

NOTE
l The wall must be a bearing wall. Otherwise, the wall is not suitable for wall-mounting.
l Ensure that the height of mounting holes is proper so that the indicators are easy to view.
