Delivery

4.1 Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery includes:
• Multi positioning seat (standard option)
• Options according to the order
• Instruction for use
4.2

Storage

The seat must be stored in a dry place� An ambient temperature between -10 °C and +40 °C must be maintained�
Direct exposure to sunlight or UV radiation causes the components to age more quickly� This results in more rapid
material fatigue, which can lead to limited functionality and unwanted defects�
5 Preparation for use
5.1

Assembly

CAUTION
Exposed pinch points
Crushing, pinching due to incorrect handling
X When folding out the backrest, only grip by the specified components�
CAUTION
Improper assembly
Falling, tipping over of the user due to components coming off
X When attaching the seat, make sure you hear it engage into the mobility base�
X Secure the seat using the seat lock�
CAUTION
Non-activated tilt-limiting mechanism
Falling out of the user due to user error
X Before rotating the seat, always adjust the tilt-limiting mechanism on the mobility base�
Mounting the seat
1� Place the seat on the rear tube of the seat adapter at an angle of approximately 45° (see Fig� 2)�
2� Press the front edge of the seat onto the mobility base until the retaining claw snaps onto the front tube of the
seat adapter (see Fig� 3)� In order to do so, pull the lever of the retaining claw forward (see Fig� 4) and hold it
until the seat has engaged on the front tube of the seat adapter (see Fig� 5, see Fig� 6)�
3� Check that the seat and the mobility base are securely connected� You can do this by pulling back the backrest�
