Measuring Method:
Set 1 kHz as datum, and measure a relative value for
each input frequency.

2-13 Checking Fan
When power is ON, check the operation of the fan
beside the AC IN on the backside.
When the test is completed, set all the DIP switches at
the UP position to reset to factory default.
