2. Front Panel
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
2-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
2-2 Remove the screw marked [930] and three (3)
screws marked [940]. The front panel can then be
removed. (Fig. 1)
2-3 Remove the button guide from the front panel. (Fig. 1)
3. CPU Circuit Board
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
3-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
3-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [70] and pull
out the CPU circuit board from the DSP circuit
board. (Fig. 2, Photo 2)
* If the CPU circuit board is replaced, check the
program version and upgrade to V3.0 if the
version is lower than V3.0. The upgrading is
necessary because the test program is in the
"Boot" program area and there are following
restrictions depending on Boot version. (Table 1)
• In case of V2.xx, only the Satellite-C can be
tested.
• In case of V3.xx, both the Satellite-C/ES can be
tested.

4. Replacing the Lithium Battery
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
4-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
4-2 The lithium battery on the CPU circuit board can
then be replaced. (Fig. 2, Photo 3)

2-2 [930] のネジ 1 本と [940] のネジ 3 本を外して、フ
ロントパネルを外します。 （図 1）
2-3 フロントパネルからボタンガイド PSW を外しま
す。 （図 1）
3. CPU シート
（所要時間：約 3 分）
3-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
3-2 [70] のネジ 4 本を外して、 DSP シートより CPU シー
トを引き抜きます。 （図 2, 写真 2）
※ CPU シートを交換した場合は、プログラムバー
ジョンをチェックして、V3.0 未満の場合は V3.0
にバージョンアップしてください。これは、テス
トプログラムが 「Boot」 プログラム部に入っており、
Boot のバージョンによって次の制約があることへ
の対応です。 （表 1）
• V2.xx は Satellite-C しかテストできません。
• V3.xx は Satellite-C/ES 共にテストすることがで
きます。
* × : Operates without error or sound .
（エラーも音も出ません。 ）
△ : Operates without error, but test program does not run.
（エラーは出ませんが、テストプログラムが動きません。 ）
4. リチウム電池の交換
4-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
4-2 CPU シート上より、リチウム電池を交換すること
ができます。 （図 2, 写真 3）
