First 15 hours of Operation
Re-torque wheel nuts.
Inspect all hardware for tightness.
Adjust front wheel bearings.
Every Week
All daily items plus the following:
Check all tires tread for debris
Check all tires, damage
Every Month or 150 hours
All weekly items plus the following:
Inspect/adjust front wheel bearings
Clean batteries and terminals.
Battery electrolyte level
Check all tires, inflation
Every 3 Months or 500 hours
All monthly items plus the following:
Inspect and tighten all hardware 1st 500 hours then
every 1000 hours.
Clean battery compartment.
Brake master cylinder fluid level.
Adjust park and/or service brake.
Re-torque the wheel nuts.
Inspect hydraulic fluid level.
Lubricate the chassis.
Lubricate the front axle.
Inspect gap between rear hub and gear case for
debris.
Inspect and tighten all power electrical connections.

Every 6 Months or 1,000 hours)
All 3 month items plus the following:
Inspect and tighten all hardware
Tighten all electrical connections.
Inspect all wiring for cracks, fraying, or wear.
Inspect steering linkages and hardware.
Inspect steering king pins.
Align the front end.
Every Year or 2,000 hours
All 6 month items plus the following:
Flush hydraulic system.
Change rear axle oil.
Flush brake fluid.
Clean and repack front wheel bearings, change
seals.
Inspect brakes for wear.
Inspect suspension bushings.
Inspect chassis for damage.
Rotate tires.
