10.6 Procedures
(CH1/CH2): DC
mV/Volts (measure)
[EN] English - K0460
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment in
for example: see
Section 3.2.3 (Example procedure:
Measure DC
voltage).
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on).
3. Use the calibration menu
calibration (-FS, Zero and +FS) for the applicable set of
ranges:
mV (measure) ranges
200 mV
2000 mV
4. To make sure the calibration is correct, select the applicable
Millivolts or Voltage (measure) function; see
5. Then apply the input values that are applicable to the
calibration:
mV: -2000, -1000, -200, -100, 0 (short circuit).
Then mV: 0, 100, 200, 1000, 2000.
OR
Volts (V): -30, -21, -20, -10, -5, 0 (short circuit).
Then volts (V): 0, 5, 10, 20, 21, 30.
6. Make sure the error is in the specified limits
Table
10-5).
