It is only necessary to do one frequency calibration; use the
measure function or the source function.
Frequency calibration (measure function): With the
necessary calibration equipment, use this procedure:
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment in
for example: see
Section 3.2.8 (Example procedure:
Measure or source frequency
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature (minimum: 5
minutes since the last power on).
3. Set-up the equipment with these conditions:
Signal generator: Output = 10V, unipolar,
DPI 620-IS:
4. Use the calibration menu
calibration then do the calibration checks
Frequency calibration (source function): With the
necessary calibration equipment, use this procedure:
