Turn off the servo switch.

Open the rear safety cover.

Clean the load cell.
∗ Clean with a cloth soaked with IPA or ethanol.

Close the rear safety cover.
15.
Turn on the servo switch.
UNLOCK
16.
Press + Rear .
• The X-Y table returns to the origin position.
∗ Press
to return to the "Machine Adjust-
ment" menu.
