1-9-1 Changing the Board Transfer Belts and Rollers (3000 Hours)
It is a requirement to change the board transfer belts and rollers on the center conveyor and right
and left board conveyors regularly.
Tools 2.5 mm hexagon Allen wrench

Operating procedures

1. Removing the board transfer belt
2. Changing the board transfer rollers
3. Installing the board transfer belt
∗ Change all of the board transfer belts and rollers in the same procedures.

∗ If it will not be stored as a spare, cut with nippers and remove it.
