1-6-1 Cleaning and Lubricating the Linear Shaft for Squeegee Head
This unit drives the squeegee and the print.

Required time 10 minutes
1.
Turn off the servo switch.
2.
Open the front safety cover.
3.
Remove the squeegee head cover.
∗ Remove 4 bolts and remove the cover by lifting
it upward.
4.
Clean and lubricate the linear shaft.

Apply grease to the linear shaft as shown in
the drawing.
5.
Install the cover removed at step 3.
6.
Close the front safety cover.
7.
Turn on the servo switch.
