Clean the Blade (After Operation)

When solder that runs out the blade of the cartridge head (option) is found after operation, clean it.
If solder outside the blade keeps to be left, it becomes hard and will cause printing trouble next
operation.

Required time 3 to 5 minutes
1.
Remove the printing unit.
(Refer to "10-3-1 Removing the Printing Unit" in
Operating Manual)
2.
Set the printing unit to the mainte-
nance jig.
3.
Check for solder that runs out the
blade, if it is found, clean the remain-
ing solder with a plastic spatula.
∗ Don't use metallic spatula, the blade will have
damaged.
