Checking for Clogging of the Solvent Dispensing Nozzle

The solvent dispensing nozzle may have the fiber of cleaning paper during the mask cleaning.
Check for clogging of the solvent dispensing nozzle.

1.
Press at the main menu.
Machine
adjust
• "Machine Adjustment" menu appears.
UNLOCK
2.
Press + Mask cleaning .
• The cleaning screen appears.
3.
Turn off the servo switch.
4.
Open the front safety cover.
5.
Open the center safety cover, and pull
out the cleaning unit to the operator's
side.
6.
Remove the cover of the upper side of
the nozzle.
