Clean each parts by using solvent
(such as IPA or ethanol).
∗ Wipe the blade in one direction to avoid the
blade bends.

Assemble the cleaned parts.
• Assemble them in reversing dismounted order.
(Refer to "10-3-2 Setting the Printing Unit" in
Operation Manual about setting the printing
unit to SP28P.)
∗ When new cassette is used, be sure to remove
the seal after setting the cassette.
∗ When the blade is set, press an end face of the
blade to fitting lane of the flame.
3-2-2 Changing the Blade for the Cartridge
Unit (Option)
∗ Be sure to fill the printing unit with solder for
next operation after cleaning.
(Refer to "10-1-4 Initial Solder Filling" in
Operation Manual)
To print in the printing unit is not filled with
solder enough may causes false printing and
damages on the mask or the blade.
