Check Every 24 Hours (Routine)

1-3-1 Urethane Squeegee : Check for Wear and Damage
(Before Operation)
Check for wear or damage on the urethane squeegee.

UNLOCK
1.
Press + Squeegee open/close at
the machine adjustment menu.
• The "Squeegee Open/Close" screen appears.
UNLOCK
2.
Press + SQ. open (Squeegee
exchange).
• The squeegee head opens.
3.
Turn off the servo switch.
4.
Open the front safety cover.
5.
Check for wear or damage on the
urethane squeegee visually and by
hand.
∗ If wear or damage can be found, change the
urethane squeegee.

Close the front safety cover.
7.
Turn on the servo switch.
UNLOCK
8.
Press + SQ. close .
• The squeegee head closes.
∗ After checking, press
