Changing the Belt for Paper Cleaning Take-up Roll (3000 Hours)

Required time 3 to 4 minutes
1.
Turn off the power.
2.
Open the front and center safety
covers.
3.
Pull the mask cleaning unit.
4.
Remove the cleaning paper.
5.
Take away the cover of the cleaning
paper take-up roll for the cover.
6.
Loosen the screw for the belt
tensioner.
7.
Remove the screw of paper take-up
pulley, and the belt.
8.
Change the belt.
9.
Install the paper take-up pulley and
tighten the screw.
10.
Tighten the tension loosened at step
6, and tighten the screw.
∗ Tension N = 9.8
Deflection ( δ ) = 4 ± 0.5
