6 Measuring the absorbance/transmission
6.3 Measuring using tests without barcode
Always measure using one cell only. The cell
shaft which is not used has to be empty.
After the measurement is finished:

→ Insert the round cell or rectangular cell.
The last wavelength selected manually appears on
the display.
→ Select the wavelength:
using the numeric keys of the numeric keypad
→ Start the measurement:
Press .
The measured value for the wavelength displayed at
the top right appears.
This measured value is automatically stored.
